I Recommend That You Do Private Sessions FirstThe athlete will understand the way they need to train. This allows for a smooth transition for them when they go to Boot Camp. Make sure you are ready to do somethings that you are not use to doing. Guaranteed to improve their game in only 3 sessions...not only that, but the confidence that they gain from the private sessions and "Boot Camps" is priceless.

Keep Skill Training Through The Basketball Season Don't let anyone tell you it's too much. You only have about an hour or more of practice time. Most practices have their way of preparing for the season. what they forget about is the skills part. I know how to make your son or daughter aggessive and more physical. Watch them grow during their basketball season. The question is "Why wait until the Summer when you can fix something now and throughout the season? Your son's or daughter's game will dramtically change because of their weekly skills training.

The Boot Camp SessionTrainer teaches repetitve skills, conditioning workouts, offensive and defensive aggressiveness. Very intense workouts for the older athletes. When you come to the camp ask the other parents about their kids, and how they have changed dramatically after a few sessions.

Staying The Course We truly can develop any ones game on any level. If you stay consistant atttending the boot camp you will have the confidence, the skills, and you will be able to maintain your agressiveness on offense and defense.
